Terms of Service

Laucked provides security posture management features for AI and web systems, including scanning, monitoring, reporting, and policy enforcement capabilities. Features may evolve over time and can include beta releases.

You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• Scan targets you do not own or do not have explicit permission to test.
• Use the service to exfiltrate data, bypass access controls, or conduct unlawful activity.
• Upload malware or interfere with the availability or integrity of the service.
• Share credentials or API keys in a way that enables unauthorized access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Laucked is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.

You may stop using the service at any time. Laucked may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these terms or applicable laws.
• We must protect the security or stability of the service.
• We are required to do so by legal obligation.
